To The Band Members of Kingdaddy,

Thank you so much for participating in our Team Extravaganza 2002 Asheville Retreat. It was a great way to kick-off a very successful weekend. The versatility in your repertoire is fantastic – from the light jazz during dinner to the great dance music, you had music to please everyone in our group of 200+.

I have participated in a lot of social functions, and I don’t think I have ever seen people get onto the dance floor upon arrival, but your music inspired our group to “start the party” early. Every song was performed so well – it was hard Not to dance. I saw everyone enjoying your music. One couple was convinced that it was your band that made one of the beach songs famous on the radio! That comment is a testament to your talent. In fact, we received a number of compliments about our choice in Thursday night’s entertainment.

After hearing you perform at the Queens Cup Steeplechase last summer, we knew that when the occasion called for music, we would want to use Kingdaddy.

Your professionalism and ease in coordinating our event was tremendously appreciated – and added bonus to your musical talent is your affability. We also appreciated your apparent sensitivity to the audience. I am sure you know how to conduct yourselves depending on the group, the ages of the audience and the ambiance.

What it comes down to is Kingdaddy was a hit. We teased about you becoming the “Extravaganza Band”, so please mark your calendar for next year. We would like you to be the entertainment for our Team Extravaganza 2003 Colonial Williamsburg Retreat.

Sincerely,
Debra Engelhardt-Nash
